Day to day operational management of the Fund is through a Project Implementation Team led by Simon Read (Project Director). The team includes Malcolm Allen (Programme Manager), Mike Harris, David Birley, Bob Read and Chris Searles (Project Managers) and Mary McKellar (Programme Support Officer).
